When you start thinking A negative thought about yourself Tell Yourself NO! and then flip your thought to a positive. ex of a flip is if you were thinking I am ugly, you would flip that thought into I am Beautiful. Yes it is that simple! Say that Positve thought multiple times a day even if you don't believe it fully yet!!​​

2. Do something you enjoy daily. Whether it be exercise, painting, dancing, volunteering, sports, singing whatever it is Start doing it Today.

3. Look at yourself in a mirror. Look Right into your eyes and Say. I love You. (name) I really truly love you. Do this every time you go to the bathroom!! or At least Once a Day.
